  • Very well penned…. In an era of instant things, ready to cook food, on yhe meals, we need to slow down, take a deep breath n relax. We need to evaluate if going to gym is our priority and benefitting only self is important or utilizing same time in learning and cooking healthy meals at home is important (from scratch). Which will benefit the whole family.
