Holistic nutrition’s principal function is to educate people about the benefits, health impact and disease prevention using real, earth grown natural living foods. In a world where mainstream medicine emphasizes a pill for every ill, holistic nutrition emphasizes nutritious and alive foods as preventative medicine for a long healthy life, as many chronic illnesses can be prevented or improved through diet and holistic nutrition to manage such conditions plaguing our society. Holistic nutrition involves working with clients on a mind, body and spirit level; encompassing nutrition, exercise, and psychological aspects for illness prevention and healing. Registered Holistic Nutritionists (R.H.N) aim to strengthen the immune system, restore balance in various systems of the body to help prevent disease, increase longevity, optimal health and well-being.
What does NIU BODY stand for?
"Niu" translates to "coconut" in Hawaiian. As coconut oil is was the foundation of our original makeup remover wipes, we thought it'd be a fun tropical way to represent our brand!
Are your products paraben, sulfate, synthetic fragrance, and phthalate free?
Yes! All of our products meet the highest quality in avoiding un-natural additives. We pride ourselves in our wholesome, simple approach to beauty. Only the natural things here!
Do you test on animals?
No! We love our furry friends and would never test on animals. All our products are tested on humans only and are cruelty-free.
What is the shelf life of your products?
As our products do not contain any preservatives, they have a shelf life of 8-12 months. For best results we recommend you use them within 6-8 months.
Where should I store your products?
Because our products are made with natural oils, keep all products at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

Security and Privacy
Voilà guarantees the confidentiality of information you provide us. None of the information provided will be revealed to a third party. Voilà does not sell its lists of users.
Voilà has chosen to use the PayPal payment service. Paypal attaches great importance to the security of your information, your transactions and your money. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data transmitted between your computer and the Paypal system using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
The mode of payment is done by credit card or PayPal. The cards accepted are Visa or MasterCard. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The costs of transport and delivery, and sales taxes (applicable depending on the delivery address), are extra.
Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CDN).
Sales taxes apply depending on the delivery address:
- Quebec: GST 5% PST 9.975%
- Prince –Edward Island: HST 14%
- New Brunswick, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador: HST 13%
- Nova Scotia: HST 15%
- Other provinces and territories: GST 5%
Shipment of orders is via Canada Post, Expedited. The packages will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days of receipt and payment of your order.
Postage fees are free for all orders over $ 75 before taxes.
For purchases of less than $ 75:
- Add $ 10 to your bill for packages sent within the 10 Canadian provinces.
- Add between $ 15 to your bill to ship to the 3 territories of Canada: the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.
In the USA:
Shipment of orders is via Canada Post (trackable package). Parcels are delivered within 4 to 7 business days of receipt and payment of your order.
Postage fees are free in the United States for all orders over $ 75.
For purchases of less than $ 75:
- Add $ 15 to your bill. Any taxes and customs import are the responsibility of buyers. We are not responsible for delays, if any, caused by customs.
- We invite you to send us an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to organize shipping for you. Please note that a minimum of $ 100 is required for all international orders.
- Shipment of orders is via Canada Post (trackable package). Parcels are delivered within 6 to 10 business days of receipt and payment of your order.
- Postage fees are free international on any order over $ 300.
- For purchases of less than $ 300, the shipping costs will be calculated according to weight and shipping area. The amount will be added to your bill.
Returns and Exchanges
Our first goal is your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your unopened product in its condition and original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
Returns must first be accepted by Voilà. The procedure is as follows:
Inform the customer service of your intentions at firstname.lastname@example.org email upon receipt of the package.We will give you the return procedure.Please return in full the contents of your package. Note that shipping costs for any return of goods will not be refunded.
We will be happy to replace or refund the purchase of your product as soon as we receive the damaged product. Please send an email to: email@example.com within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged product. We will give you the return procedure. For damaged goods, return shipping costs will be covered by Voilà.
Q: WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
A: Our default for domestic shipping is Priority Delivery, which means you will get your package within about 5-7 days of ordering it.
If you are in the India., we can also ship your order by paying an additional cost, on top of the regular shipping cost.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: We do ship all over the world!
*We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
A: We process orders each day (Monday through Saturday). If we have the items available in our on-site warehouse, your order will ship out that same day or the following day. If we have to get an item from one of our off-site warehouses, it will ship out the day we receive it.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: If you are in the India, you will have your order within about 5-7 days of placing it. International shipping takes some more days to get to the country of destination, and then it depends how long it takes to get through customs. The only exception to these times is if an item is on backorder. In that case, we will notify you by email of the backorder and the expected arrival date.
Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us stating that the Status of your order has changed to Shipped. You will also receive an email which will contain your Tracking Number. If you don't see that email, you can email us or call +9181000 22444 and request the Tracking Number. We are happy to track your order for you as well.

Are Ayurda products organic?
The ingredients used in Ayurda products are 'Wild Crafted' in the Himalayas. A harvesting technique is used where the fruit or plant part is gathered from its natural wild habitat and handpicked according to ancient techniques.
Wild Crafted is usually organic but not certified, normally because there is no certifying agency in the area where it is grown. Wild Crafted herbs are grown wild, without the use of fertilizers or pesticides. They are grown naturally in areas where the plants are native to the region.
Are Ayurda products produced ethically?
Yes. Ayurda products are manufactured in GMP (Goods and Manufacturing Practice) registered companies. This is an internationally recognized standard for quality assurance and ethical production. These established companies (one hundred years old) are leaders in the field of Ayurveda with highly trained Ayurvedic doctors and pharmacologists working hard to produce high quality, result orientated products.We have used Palm kernel oil in some of our products which is sourced from sustainable and ethical plantations. No animal habitat is disturbed or harmed.
Are the products ok to travel with to warm environments?
Yes. Ayurda products are made in India and the natural ingredients remain stable in any natural environment.
Do Ayurda products contain emulsifiers?
Yes! we understand emulsifiers are needed but we only use the best and the safest.As an irony for vegetarians, most Emulsifiers which are not vegetable based are produced from pig fats. So even if you avoid eating pig fat, you will absorb it from cosmetics. To make a cream or lotion it is necessary to use an Emulsifier. The best ones are derived from coconut or palm kernel oil. They are safe to work with and are even used in the food industry. These are used as emulsifiers in the production of vegan ice creams.They can be eaten and are very safe to use. Our Palm kernel oils are ethically sourced and come from sustainable or fair trade plantation and no animal habitathas been harmed.
Do Ayurda Shampoos contain Sodium Laurel Sulphate (SLS)?
No. We use Areetha, Shikakai and the Indian Soap Nut as natural foaming agents.
Do I need to use a toner?
Toners are an important part of your skin care regime. They help to balance the skin and also work as a transporter for whatever is applied over the top e.g. your moisturiser will be able to penetrate the superficial layer of the skin and work at a deeper level. Ayurda toners contain natural fragrances of flower and herb extracts that help calm the nerves and induce relaxation. They are easy to use and are applied in a spray mist.
How can Ayurda products possibly give me longevity?
If you look after your skin with the right and appropriate preparations for your type, the strength of your skin will be maintained, thereby slowing down the aging process and daily wear-and-tear.
I have sensitive skin. How can I be sure these products will not react badly?
When using products containing essential oils, reactivity is more likely to happen as the essences are concentrated. With Ayurda, there are no extracted essences. Instead the raw herbs are used in the production process so they are not as volatile and the skin absorbs them more gently and less reactively.
If Ayurda don't use synthetic preservatives, how are the products preserved?
Ayurda products contain natural preservatives such as oils, beeswax, carrot seed extract and grapefruit seed extract.
Is the Ayurda range developed by a doctor?
Yes. The range has been developed by Dr.Ajit and RippanSandhu. Ayurda is the only Ayurvedic range in Australasia backed by a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor.
What is the shelf life of Ayurda products?
The shelf life is 12 months after opening, but can last anywhere up to 24 months.
Why is something "ancient" any better than something "modern"?
Modern processes change constantly according to the latest discoveries. The latest chemical equipment makes extracts and concentrates, then these are re-added to other ingredients. Ancient processes emphasize natural raw basic ingredients; the recipes have remained unchanged for thousands of years. The ancient process also uses the whole plant in the preparation.
Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
A: If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse the delivery at no cost to you. If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately.
How much time do you need to process orders?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

North America: 3-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
How are customs and import taxes handled?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
